Why Agile Methods are Tip Top and EVERYONE should give learning them a go

This my 100 word entry for the School of Everything Paragraphs Mean Prizes competition:

I teach Agile methods. Agile is a set of project management methods that can deal with constant change. Everything changes. The people you work with change. The aims of the project change. The economic climate changes. Most important, our understanding of what we're trying achieve changes as we're achieving it. Agile provides a clear robust mechanism for dealing with this kind of radical change and for continuously assessing and improving performance. Agile is well-suited to complex fluid tasks like software development and website production but also useful to just about anybody who works in a world where things change.
